Part 2: The Role of Self-Care and Hobbies
Taking care of yourself is essential when it comes to boosting mood naturally. A combination of relaxation techniques and engaging in activities you enjoy can work wonders for your emotional health.
My hobbies revolve around cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Some of my best memories are working on my vehicles. These have proven to be very expensive hobbies. However, there is always some type of modification that can be done to enhance the looks and performance. When funds are low, or non-existent, there is always something that can be done. Be it adding some pin striping to your commuter car to putting a lift kit on a Bronco. Sometimes all you can do is give it a good cleaning. There is always something that can be done, even if you don’t have a lot of money. That is what I am passionate about and how I keep “sane”. Finding a hobby that fits you can be anything; it doesn’t always need to cost a lot of money.
