I have tried several supplements in attempts of boosting mood and overall well-being. I worked closely with my doctor to treble shoot which works best for me. I currently take vitamin D as he tested my levels and they were very low. I take it daily and have noticed an increase in energy and some benefits for mood as well. I think nature has many remedies for what ails us but need to be consumed with the recommendation and care of the doctor.
